Brain Scientists Morton Thatcher and Jennifer England are being forced to work together on a top-secret project. Together, they have developed a nanotomic device technique, which decodes brain waves from short-term memory cells into video and audio signals. Jennifer realizes the huge destructive power this mind-reading technology could have in the wrong hands. Unfortunately, a sinister government subcontractor kidnaps Jennifer’s son and threatens to kill him in an attempt to seize the formula.
